Feta cheese made with our full-cream Jersey milk. Made using traditional methods with cheese cultures and stored in brine. Creamy and rich in flavour, with an open texture, our feta matures in the fridge over time with an intensifying taste and crumbly texture. 250G +/- cheese weight.
